Did Maguire handball it initally?
Amazed there hasn't been a closer look via replay or VAR.What I liked most today other than the result was that we really looked like a team. Crisp and quick passing, good connection between the different parts, pretty much everyone involved in a positive way. The D was good, Pogba dominant and cumulatively Bruno as well, as usual. And perhaps Martial is now finally underway - that was a true strikers goal, very similar to the one Vardy scored against us.
If they gave that one and not the one we had v Wolves!
Me too, was really surprised but I think if you look very closely, Maguire headed it against their striker and it dropped straight down. Maguire's arm was high but don't think it actually touched the ball.
What agenda? I don't think am asking for much when I say we need to put away guilt edge chances.
I would hope that was the case, but can't tell unless there is closer footage.
I was thinking all about the Brighton game where we won a penalty after the final whistle.
The game is over thankfully, but I can't help but think that there was a clear penalty by the laws of the game today which was randomly overlooked.Must admit my heart was in my mouth but looking at that, I don’t think it touches his arm/hand
