Ah Bissaka is supposed to be defensive fullback who can't defend if it isnt one on one.

Wan-Bissaka is an odd one. He’s a great one on one defender but that’s literally it.

He doesn’t have good defensive instincts or positioning. Then you combine it with the lack of attacking threat and poor technical ability and you wonder what you’re left with.
Fair to have that opinion but that goal wasn't on him in the slightest.

I don't remember another player who relied so much on just one skill to earn his spot in the game. Like I've said a thousand times, really not to my liking.

The commentators have such a pro-English bias. If De Gea had handled a corner exactly like that, we'd have spent the next minute talking about how he's weak, targeted at corners, got nothing on it etc.

Where on earth does Maguire be whenever a cross comes in? Surely we should be forgetting about zonal marking by now. Wan Bisakka should not be picking up Dunk

On that Brighton goal, Pogba gave the ball away and AWB poor positional.
Pogba played the ball and the ref gets in Freds way. AWB was fine positionally. He had a man behind him and Lindelof misjudges the jump and Welbeck attacked it very well with the run on them.

I dont really see that talent with him. Even in the current market, 50m pounds is an absolute scam.
I think if we signed someone like Trippier he would relegate AWB to the bench pretty quickly.

Yep, that's confirmed my suspicions Wan-Bissaka needs replacing less than 2 seasons after we bought him as a long term solution for right back. 50 fecking million. Not enough is made about that, compared to Maguire's fee, which actually looks far better value.

It's amazing how Pogba gets scrutinized, his pass was poor but it was near the middle when our entire defence and midfield was in our own half. We fecked up from a cross and people here are pointing finger at Pogba. If that's the case then Fred and Scott will get murdered here.

ironically Henderson is terrible at corners, he doesn’t like it over the top of him. Has a mare almost every time it’s lofted over the top of him, he can’t handle it

Last time we started with a sexy attacking line up, we lost at home to Sheffield. Knowing our ability to take advantage when other teams drop points - I'm a bit scared about the outcome of the game.
    Erm... deja vu

    Welbeck

AWB doing good to pick up his man but then turns off.

Lindelof initially doing well to cover the space, then looks over his shoulder for no reason and loses fraction of a second to leave himself in no man's land for the header. I'm genuinely shocked Lindelof jumps under an aerial ball again.
