    There's only one United!
Let's not forget that the ref had a shocker in all decisions against us.
Let's not forget he should have Cahill off and an9ther player too.
Let's not forget there was another penalty too.

I can't disagree with any of this.

Not knee jerk in the slightest. We got the rub against Chelsea but you could see that they have experience in midfield.

We're lacking so up front and midfield, it's a joke.

Good 3 signings but it's obvious if one striker gets injured...we're fecked. If midfield doesn't function...we're fecked
Martial looks injured and who do we have? Greenwood is just that...green.

His tackle initiated all the action that lead to James goal. Also he didn't cheaply lost the ball. He was tackled in Palace's half. The team had all the time in the world to recover the ball and that was a very easy save for DDG to make.

Lingard was shit, Rashford was dreadful and yet you guys aim at Pogba. Why do you hate the few players we've got who actually know how to play football?
It's the Gary Neville syndrome. Attack the best player we have, let the English contingent off

He was bloody tackled in Palace's half. You'll expect our team to recover the ball before it becomes a goal and for DDG to save a shot that was easier to save then to let it become a goal.
It's not the problem that he lost the ball, but how he lost it. I agree with the rest.

Taking the next corner instead of Jones!
Sloppy, bad keeping, again. Bad penalty again, bad build up again, no positives.

Drop points at home to Crystal palace, it's like Moyes dropping point against West Brom and the rest.

There is not enough leaders in there with experience, ok to blood the young ones, but in games like this some experienced old heads needed. Palace 2 on target 2 fecking goals. Bad bad day. DDG sorry needs to be dropped for not stopping that.
I think Maguire showed enough today to be given the armband full time. When the ref was listening to Young bleat on about some infringement Maguire came over and said one word and the ref's head turned and he listened … the guy has natural authority and it's a shame to waste it.

I'd have preferred to see Mata on from the start and James or Lingard brought off the bench when their legs are going.

Ole hasn't covered himself in glory but we don't have the players. We are relying on players like Greenwood to come on and make the difference. We haven't got the on depth quality and it will be shown even more so if Martial is out.
    That's definitely on the manager.

I'm rapidly getting the feeling that last season will soon be looking pretty good. We knew how Palace would turn up and play. Four attempts on goal, two goals scored. Now for S'hamton away probably same again. Can't see any way out of this one even if ref had a bad game we should have made more of our chances and despite Maguire we still cannot defend as a unit.

I'm not engaging in discussion with somebody who thinks he didnt cheaply lose possession. He does that almost every game.
In my books it was a legitimate tackle which was far away from our goal. Is it regrettable? Of course it is but no biggie. Our defence should have neutralised the threat and our goalkeeper should have saved a routine shot. There had been far worse players then Pogba tonight and yet he's the one constantly targeted. I wonder why considering he's been our last year top scorer and main assist man.

Considering that this club barely ever replace players anymore do you really want him gone?

I feel for James he deserved glory after that.
But instead of lifting the roof off all we get is another one of those, admittedly quite frequently occurring, days at OT.

... hard to accept but we are mediocre at best. PP looks like he don't like to be here.
I was quite hopeful a couple weeks back now fekn MEH ... long long road ahead

    Not just him. Collective responsibility.

    Lack of transfer policy- Woody

    Tactical ineptitude- coaches/manager

Inability to convert penalties, which are a gift; basic mistakes at home- players

Feck Gary Neville. The guy lost his credibility at Valencia. As Sir Alex used to tell him. Go bother someone else.

best his tactics are all of the place, he is just relying on fitness, he has no plan b
So, we knew this last season, yet the Glazers and Ed for some reason stuck with him, then didn't back him, so tough, he's their man, and it's their necks on the block now.

    Bollocking about fluently.
So unlucky and garbage refereeing (what's the point with VAR if it lets an obvious red card and an even more obvious penalty fly by because the assistants are too afraid of challenging someone who's obviously got his head screwed on backwards) - but it was also a below par performance. Wasn't impressed with what I saw - way too many personal mistakes and the usual lack of flow up front - but we dominated most of the game plus the ref was utter shite and we were punished to the maximum by the mistakes made. We didn't deserve to lose this one - with anything even resembling normal luck this would have ended in a good win from a mediocre performance. It's almost as if I'm growing superstitious thinking there's something sinister at work against our club :(

Pogba didn't had the best of games but he was far better then most of the tripe. His tackle that lead to James goal showed a certain Keanesque passion which is good considering how many people constantly question that on him.

Is it nice to see him get tackled? Of course not. However it wasn't as if he was in our box with Messi & Ronaldo lurking for the ball. It was against feckin Palace and in their own half. Our defenders + GK had all the time in the world to cater for it.

Look back at this game again, and it's just a pile of issues over and over again!
Poor defending for there both goals, poor poor Refereeing, weak he was.

And the inability to take our chances when a team just sits and sits and hopes.

This is what they did, it's a slap in the face game. This is when Stats lie!
