He said he has that headache choosing between the great players we have.
Him putting a positive spin on things isn’t the same as him saying he got everybody he wants this summer. You’re either deluded or disingenuous if you don’t see that.

This United midfield and attack is not good enough for a top 4 challenging team. We have to many players who are poor with the ball and lacks football intelligence as well.

Pereira is not good enough for the premier league as he looks lost all the time in attack and defence. Rashford despite his penalty goal lacks quality with the ball and his passing is meh as well. He only really have a good shot at the present. Mata was really weak again and looks completely past it physically at this level.

Daniel James was the only bright spark today.

We got a lucky win but really it was a dreadful performance going forward and it was yet another game showing our attack to be below standards of a big club. Non of our attack would get into another big clubs lineup as they all lack in to many aspects to become good enough for a title chasing team. We really do look like a EL level team so far.

Despite the win i have to rate the performance as a 3 out of 10 as this is not good enough for a big club like Manchester United.

A win is a win and that is all that matters. Considering how many injuries we had to key players like Shaw, Pogba & Martial this is a massive win against a good, strong Leicester side.

Yes the performance was below par but result was more important than performance today for me.

I'm not even saying that Pereira shouldn't have been subbed man. He was shite for all but the first 15 minutes. Looked to me like he would be taken off for Chong but then Mata got a knock and he went off instead. I suppose you'd rather Mata stayed on with a knock? After that Ole couldn't do anything because he's only allowed three subs and he needed the third one in case of another knock which James got too so just as well.
Apologies for being sarcastic, we all have different opinions, the current state of the club drives me up the wall. Agree Mata needed to come off due to a knock but its my opinion that Gomes is in a different league to Chong, and to Pereira as well actually. I have watched as much youth football as i have the senior team last few years and i know a lot of others who attend/watch these games would share the same view; that Chong isnt ready for senior football but Gomes is ready now. Whether he is ready for a club challenging for top honors, only time will tell. He is however more than good enough to get minutes for a team battling around the top ten to top 6, which lets be honest, is where we are most likely going to end up.
Its all about opinions, thats mine. Just got a little rattled by your initial dismissive reply, apologies for being a d*ck.

Well I was talking about this season and no way were they regulars on the bench last season.

I agree with having patience. However, we have no one else so it was inevitable that they were going to be on the bench today.
No they weren’t regulars last season as they probably were in school... however they did have appearances on the bench, including PSG away where Chong played.

Yes that’s right and what a show of faith that united didn’t sign anyone as we have these talented bunch in our academy!

Really a good result considering no Pogba, Martial, or Shaw.

Still clear as day our midfield options are not good enough.

It's annoying about Mata. Why has he declined so much? I mean David Silva is 2 years older... there was a time when they were at a similar level.
