If you follow the match day threads you will know that when the forum is unanimous that the team is the right one and the one they have been looking forward to, it’s usually a drab 0-0. When a team is picked that looks absolutely miserable and people bitch, moan and expect the worse, we normally play some good stuff and win by a few goals. The post match threads is then full of posts saying how it doesn’t matter how well *scape goat* played, it was the wrong side.
Yes, it’s the Football Manager era; thus every nincompoop feels they know better. And they probably do.

Taking the next corner instead of Jones!

Fair enough, it sounded to me that you were backing Joses starting line-up as long as it resulted in a win. Missed the irony, sorry

Important for what? To get kicked out by any team on first round of knockouts? As long as we are with Mourinho, we know the fate.
Yes. “Important” to get eliminated in the next round of the Champions League rather than in the Europa League. “Important” that we can go to Valencia giving no fecks days before playing at Anfield. We all know the season is a write-off, it’s all about small achievements until the summer.

@GifLord any gif of that shocking lay-off from Fellaini to Lukaku after he came on? Was out towards the sideline and Lukaku managed to muscle the opponent off the ball before leaving the ball behind him. It was like something you’d see on one of those s**t 90’s football twitter accounts!
