What happens in most sports, is the players/competitors arrive at the venue.
They then get changed (into appropriate clothing) in a relaxed way.
Then they begin their physical and mental warm up (knowing that they are not being rushed or going to be late to the start line).
Roughly 3-5 minutes before the start, you begin to get yourself psyched up, so by the time the game/event begins you can come out of the gates at full power.I think we'll do them. We've been good when teams haven't parked the bus against us this season and Spurs can't afford to do that in their predicament. Young exuberance in the attack will win us it.We parked the bus before we even got to the stadium.
All the more reason to warm-up properly. I hope we don't get overwhelmed by the tempo of the game in initial stages, and get a chance to grow into it.
