Not to a specific team, not because for less than that a rich side wouldn't sell them or whatever. Value add with no random myriad factors that result in subjective valuations...

    I don't think you understood the premise. Leaving aside likelihood, contract situations, your own club's finances and specific needs and everything that naturally affects willingness to pay... which players are so valuable that they are worth paying more than 100M for?
