Mbappe has a long way to go before he can be compared to Ronaldo. Needs to add more to his game than pace! Mbappe has had a good international career, probably will outdo Messi if he carries on. However he his club performances have been underwhelming, still has a chance to change it.

Sancho looks like a confidence player, he couldn’t even beat a defender in the premier league but yet looking like a different player for Dortmund. My guess is he’s not suited to the premier league. Think Pep mentioned it his early mistakes were bringing in players who were good on the ball but...

True. Maybe it was just bad decision making from him, just bizarre decision making from him not using the overlap. Hopefully now he’s scored a goal, he kicks off from here.

If he reduces his wages, I’d keep him for another season or 2. Still a good player on his day, I don’t see us buying 2 CB’s. He’d make a good bench option if we get another decent player in.

Because when a keeper has it and gets pressed, there’s a free man on the pitch. The keeper becomes an extra outfield player. When a defender does it, it’s 10v10 and most players are likely to be marked. Only a quick one two will break the lines.

I don’t think that’s a Bruno problem, that’s United in general. There was a good link up play for the offside goal which shows we do have it in us to play good football.
