    Dreadful article from the Guardian. They've asked advice on how to restructure the debt, possibly because the stadium is now at a point that they can borrow against it at much lower rates than loans. Completely normal practice.

    Everton admitted the breach. And the panel said 6 points was a fair penalty based on the rules in the EFL. The original panel added 4 points for claiming Everton acted 'dishonestly and tried to mislead the PL'. The new panel agreed that legally the original panel got that wrong and agreed...

    yeah its always been obvious that Usmanov owned us, but Moshiri was the front. Probably a way to get around FFP with dodgy sponsorship. Interestingly... the article suggests that the UK Gov are going to take ownership of Everton, like Chelsea and sell. Moshiri won't 'profit' from it. At least...
