  1. Ange Postecoglou | Sacked, mate

Completely different circumstances. One came in a shit storm and was encouraged by a board to join and go through the painful process of trying to implement a new system in a turbulent club with players being farmed out on loan to save money and change club culture - a 7 month picture and the...

They weren't massive drug cheats It's just pure coincidence that the profession in the world with the highest incidence of asthma suffers is pro cycling
  3. How would you fit SAF all-time players into Amorim's 3-4-3?

Schmeichel Vidic Rio Stam Evra Keane Scholes Beckham Cantona Ronaldo Rooney
  4. 2025 UEFA Champions League final — Paris Saint-Germain vs Inter Milan | 5-0

I know it's a formality at 5-0 but surely there's a legal/ sporting obligation to play stoppage time
  5. 2025 UEFA Champions League final — Paris Saint-Germain vs Inter Milan | 5-0

This is one of the best presses I've seen in action
  6. Liam Delap | Official: signed for Chelsea

Glad he's going to Chelsea as in my eyes it raises the chances of us signing someone with a proper consistent goalscoring record
  7. Who else thinks they are bigger than the club?

Judging by the timelines and the board trying to scrimp as much as possible, I'd imagine Amorim was told when he joined that Rashford was going out of the door. It was widely reported at the time that it was a club decision overall, rather than new manager not liking him solely
  8. Mason Mount | 2024/25 Performances

I would make Havertz our main striker out of the current options we have. Yes
  9. Ruben Amorim - Manchester United Head Coach

The thing is, if we were a well run club, he'd be a wonder kid in a dressing room of good professional characters. We don't have that though - even Bruno until Amorim came in has had a couple of years of petulance and whining at teammates on the pitch. In a successful team, we wouldn't be...
  10. Ruben Amorim - Manchester United Head Coach

The 5th should be Garnacho, who we forget is 20 and is putting up great numbers for a 20 year old. He's ahead of where Saka was at 20
  11. Mason Mount | 2024/25 Performances

I'd play Havertz over any of those kids named above. Yeah. Havertz is better than any of our attacking players bar Bruno too. Amad and Garnacho have the potential to be better. He'd be a nailed on starter for us.
  12. Ruben Amorim - Manchester United Head Coach

The outlook with Ruben where we seem to lose games because of individual mistakes being hit on the break a lot of the time and an inability to score seems much more fixable than after 2.5 years of Erik where we were routinely conceding 20 shots or more in most games.
  13. Mason Mount | 2024/25 Performances

It shouldn't. I'd rather see the player who was a pivotal part of a Champions League winning side and has had a double figures goals and assist season in the Prem play over some kids. He's been horrifically unlucky with injuries since coming here and if he can stay fit, which the medical...
  14. Club ownership | Senior management team talk

Surely this makes sense as we make about 10% more revenue than either of those clubs (despite being in financial dire straights due to performance etc) that we'd have a staff around 10% bigger?
