I seriously started thinking this throughout today's game! The thing is that if DDG stays and eventually returns to the XI, the moment he makes one mistake, everyone will start saying that it's because he is not in the right state of mind or out of form.

I agree with all the comments, Javier played excellent today. The one thing on my mind is: if SAF plays RvP and CH14 up front again on Sunday, where will he put Rooney? I was not impressed by today's 4-4-2 diamond, and we looked better with a flat 4, with Wayne on the left side. IMHO...

What is interesting to me, is how regularly he scores: Berbatov (20): Has scored on 10 different games (1 as a sub; hasn't scored since the win at Blackpool on 1/26) Chicharito (14): Has scored on 12 different games (7 as a sub) And to Chabon, he has scored 9 away from home, 1 at Wembley...

Correct. The key here is that he hasn't even completed any one of those 6 games.
