He's absolutely correct but opposition teams fearing us won't happen through the flick of a switch, or our mentality being of 'winners'. We tried that with Ibra and Mourinho. It doesn't work. Teams will fear us when there's something to fear - namely excellence in the team/in our players/in our football.
