FFS Get him out!!! Hes a damn clown!

What’s so bad about that tweet?

He’s basically saying that holding on to “being in 5th” isn’t something he should be holding on to - in the sense he should be aiming for higher? Or are you that displeased about Ole that you’re finding negatives in it?

How could every other manager do miles better than him with the same board then @Wolfmother ?
As bad as we are Arsenal are even worse, they are a bigger joke. Spurs have no striker and Chelsea are spiralling downwards. We don't need to be great to make top 4, we just need to be good enough. A good manager like Poch, can get us top 4. If we miss out on UCL, the sponporship money gets cut which reduces our transfer budget immensly and makes it even harder to recruit players. There are games for a manager when you can tell it's over for them, this is it for Ole. There's no coming back. We can continue to blindly back him and hope he turns around or we can take action and try and save this season.

He really doesn't give off the vibe that he's a man with a plan. It just feels like he's winging it as he goes along. What the hell was he doing with the squad in the summer?

Plus as much as I hate to say but I think he's probably the worst manager in the league... because can you name any of the other 19 teams who would swap their manager for him? I don't even think West Ham would trade in Moyes for him.

He was doing well for himself over there at Molde then he came here and now his career is dead. No team in any top division will ever lay hands on this utterly useless manager so I guess back to Molde would be ideal.

"days like this highlight how well some of our results have been this season,” he says. What? I mean......what?

He accepted his dream job, had an unbelievable start then after the PSG game it all began to unravel.

Clearly not helped from above and with injuries but my god how bad are we atm.

I've tried to remain positive thinking if we can just get our better players fit we'll see a difference but having said that, we really shouldn't be as bad as we are now.

I really wanted it to work for Ole, he was a breath of fresh air after Jose but its really difficult to see where he goes from here.

He loves the club and he's a decent bloke it's really hard not to have some sympathy for him the way things have panned out since PSG and I do think he should be allowed to walk away not sacked as it's becoming clear he isn't going to turn this around.

It's been over 12 months and there is no identity or clear patterns of play.

I love Utd first and foremost he'll always be a legend but if we don't get rid now I really hope someone is lined up for the summer and is backed properly.

He’s In over his head and it would be a kindness to put him out of his misery. He’ll always be a footballing legend but let’s be honest, his next managerial appointment is going to be more Molde than Madrid.

Ok, he doesn't have attacking players - fair enough. But what's preventing the team to defend and keep the ball ? We have a decent midfield and defence?

Feck it, you know what -Just resign .

Here we go again, another season, another manager to blame. The Glazers must be loving the RedCafe tonight.

So fecking what? We're 4 points off 14th!

We're paying the price for shit recruitment and hiring a diabolically shit manager.
But the point is we still in the mix for 4th which is the realistic target for the season. If the board buy some fecking good players like Fernandes and stop fecking about maybe 1 of the 20 pot shots we took tonight would go in. I’m all for raging and being pissed off but let’s fecking rage at the real problem which is the board, owners and recruitment staff

You’d be hard pressed to find anyone that backs Woodward and thinks Ole is the entire problem.

Yeah but you make it its all he has done. Try to separate Ole the player and Ole the manager.
Ole the player was Great! And i mean hell of a personality, hell of a player. Knew where to be and what to do.

Ole the manager is just not good enough.
Doesn't know what to do and probably even doesn't know why he's still here.

Someone should do him a favour and sack him asap.

We'll forget all about this.

Go on...sack him.

Save him the dignity of not resigning, cos he's waaay past that.

Should have resigned games ago. Hasn't. Fair enough, you have belief in yourself.

All the criticism of the quality of the players, the quality of our recruitment, the failures of those who came before Solskjaer and the failures of those working above Solskjaer are entirely fair. Ole is by no means the biggest problem at the club.

However, his future should ultimately come down to a simple question: is having him as manager helping us or hindering us? Particularly in relation to other appointments we could make. Unfortunately that has a rather blunt answer, one illustrated by the fact that few if any other PL clubs would want him as manager.

Amazed at how everyone saying that Ole should go yet nothing. Literally NOTHING will change if he goes, the squad is still dire and lackluster. There still would be no strikers.

After tonight’s match he said

The players are giving everything, they have done absolutely fantastic so far this season but they know it wasn't good enough tonight.

They’ve done absolutely fantastic so far this season? Fck me the msn is deluded and needs to be fired on the spot

Listening to the post match interview... ffs just tip toeing around the topic of transfers. He's for sure been told nothing is coming and that's that. Shame that he's pussy footing around the topic. Kind of wish we had Mourinho (or Conte) as manager as they would complain in public every chance they get about transfers and a lack of support until something got done. Love Ole but he's clearly never going to say anything other than diverting the topic.

Coaching staff have fully sucked the ability out of James and Maguire. Couldn’t coach a Megabus let alone professional footballers. Players who first joined, looked vibrant and full of confidence, now look a shadow of themselves.

The whole club is toxic. We need a wipeout from top to bottom. And this is not just on Ole, but these players aren’t coached properly. I love him and I see what he’s trying to do with the clear out but he’s not doing well with the tools at his disposal.

The players on the pitch are playing below their respective potential. These are technical players that have been courted by some of the best managers around - they can be coached to pass and move and attack effectively, lets be honest.

Lucky to be given the opportunities he got. What other club trying to get into the champions league would look to him with his previous club track record when we got him.
Cardiff fans hated him and he didn't exactly set the world alight at Molde on the european scene.
To give a job that entailed rebuilding a squad and club of the size of mufc to a man with no experience is criminal.

No other top club in Europe would tolerate this.

If we don't react to this we can no longer ever call ourselves a top club.

And I don't mean top as in pure results. I mean top as in aspirations and financial clout.

If you only can buy defenders and think that alone will fix your problems, good/very good/world class players have to be coached and improved otherwise they stand still for time and then downhill. Conceding left right center and thats after spending money on defense.

On other side of the pitch, our final third play is just laughable, clueless, no idea, no vision, no patterns, everything looks random, cut backs, crosses, all in "Jesus take the wheel" mold.

I dont even care about his win % or our results in general, the things people watch on the pitch arent acceptable, dont care if you are Ole, Jake, Bob or who ever.

He's so desperate to sound positive and keep the players on his side that he comes across so badly. I wish he was a bit more honest after games like these.
