This whole raw vs Sd in survivor series has no meaning too. What are at stakes? Why are they even doing it? 2005 raw v. Sd was the time when I really cared about a raw/sd match.

Its the only time we will ever see Raw vs SD
Except Rumble.
Or maybe Mania.
Or some of the other PPVs which it happens.
Or the week after the draft.
Or when they have the brand invitational....

Yeah...

They should have, the survivors of each multi-person match gets a future title shot.
The overall brand winner gets number 30 at the Rumble.
And the champions who win get something to

Aye it's just lazy.

Could take them all of a minute on TV to come up with something... winning side gets to come out 15-30 in the Rumble, winning side gets their own full PPV, winning side gets a $50 Amazon gift card, winning side gets to keep their Twitch accounts... anything!

Exactly. And it's not even a rocket science. Lazy booking , easy money has been the mantra for WWE. But what Vince and co. fail to realize is if you give a storyline where fans care about then that would mean more viewers. I bet even if someone skips survivor series they wouldn't miss anything storyline wise.

Probably some record low ratings for AEW and NXT tonight with everyone watching the news shows to see whats going on with the election. NXT could win again if more of AEW's fans are watching the news. AEW has a PPV on saturday that'll be the big thing for them

Since we're supposed to believe its real, there are some good storytelling ideas they could use and they never do. The winner gets a christmas bonus pay cheque. You could have the losing brand be more frustrated and have more money issues for the next year and the winners living it large, indulging and some of the faces could turn heel because they love the money life so much. And this wouldnt even need to effect something in the ring like the Rumble, except maybe someone from the winning brand could use their money to pay off one of the people from the losing brand to help him during the Rumble.

Really sad to hear about Kylie Rae deciding to retire. She looked the best of the women at AEW's All or Nothing before Dynamite came about, very good athletically and technically. As someone who also has anxiety issues, I can only imagine how it must feel for her when shes just about to be given the big push and it just gets too much for her and she backs out or no shows the event. In AEW she got a lot of toxic comments about comparisons with Bayley and apparently people were being toxic towards her for losing weight and getting into amazing shape for her impact pay per view title shot. And those social pressures are something shes struggling to deal with. Very sad because she has all the talent to be a great babyface in any company

They've moved to today?

Poor Tucker.

Will be released within...??

No but theres a good chance there will be drama to follow tomorrow night regardless of whether someone has won. The news stations are already doing massive numbers in the past few weeks

Some smell of Trump off Alexa...

It's been interesting seeing who the open and closet Trump fans are around the wrestling world.

A lot more support trump than you'd like to think.

Also that post she's applauding is bloody stupid and ignorant. Yes, if you voted BNP for instance, I'm going to treat you differently, because you're undoubtedly a cnut.

Jericho is such a double-talking idiot. Also, Alexa taking the bullshit moral high-ground is so cliché and nauseating.

well if you consider what, 50% of America vote for Trump? And that wrestling is largely made up of wealthy white people who live in Florida, you'd imagine that percentage goes up substantially.

That's why you can never go wrong in loving Sami Zayn.

Add Bronson Reed after his recent twitter posts, the big loveable Koala bear.

Linda McMahon was part of the Trump administration too.
One of Vince McMahon's millionaire friends is Trump. They even had their "wrestling match". More importantly Vince wishes he was Trump so has a lot of respect for him

So its not actually that surprising that WWE wrestlers or people who were there a long time like Trump. I'm sure the bubble speak very highly of him

I'm really looking forward to Saturday night. I've booked the night off and ordered the ppv. I think this show is going to be incredible.

The ratings "war" still in full flow, I see. Scrapping for a pitiful 600k-800k every week.
You can blame NXT and Vincent for that. There is literally no other reason for NXT to be that timrslot on a Wednesday other than to take viewership from AEW. Even with the two week headstart NXT had they still get their assessment kicked most weeks. Last week they had more average viewers and still lost the key demo.

NXT was always on Wednesdays.

You can blame AEW for the ratings war. They could of ran on a non WWE day if they’d wanted.

Gonna be brutally honest say I think of you as a lesser person if you put stock into this Wednesday night skirmish. It's one thing wanting either to do well, it's another to participate in a make-believe war. You think Vince McMahon (or triple H for that matter) feels the same way about the khan's as he did bichoff/turner? That right there should tell you this is not a "war" to invest yourself in.

Can't be that hard, in 2020, to just enjoy the wrestling?

Yes, on the network. They made the deal to move it to USA network after AEW announced their tv deal and timeslot.

Tony Khan's WOR Interview

Said that where he comes up with a lot of his ideas for the shows is watching south park. He referenced an episode where Stan's girlfriend breaks up with him and it plays dont know what youve got till its gone by cinderella and there was a Kenny Omega and Hangman Page montage set to it on this week's show.

Imagine the time period and shows where Vince McMahon's ideas come from

NXT wasnt on a national network station. It was on the WWE network and they got no money for it. They sold it to a network and put it on national tv right after AEW got their deal and it was confirmed it would be on Wednesday. Very clear that its there to keep people from watching AEW
