Don’t know why, he was a decent player for us. Could’ve done with keeping him around. Veratti though, impressive every single time I’ve watched him. Brilliant player
Verratti is immense & has been my dream signing for United for the last 5 years  There’s a reason PSG’s owners won’t entertain selling him. And yeah, Ander gets a raw deal from a large section of our fans.

Nah he needs to score against the likes of Soton,Stoke, Brentford,Everton, etc to show that he is the real GOAT...do what Harry Kane used to do.
Yeah see 121 CL goals and his record against the big 6 doesn’t mean anything til he turns up too play Burnley at home. Some people have insane

City lack of striker/finisher is going to hit them this season. They will have quite a few games like this generally good performance but not killer instinct up front.

Almost like some of these national champions in pot 4 play football to a decent standard: Club Brugge, Sheriff Tiraspol, Young Boys…

'You'd never see Ronaldo lie behind the wall like Messi'

Firstly what a load of shite and secondly Ronaldo would be in the wall cause he is over 6 feet.

What a stupid comment.

Atlético would be halfway out of the Champions League with normal refereeing. Now they’re in a great position

It's not Mahrez beating two inferior players. It's Pep's side tactically exploiting Neymar's lack of tracking back with quick switches of play down their right.

Mendes was being isolated regularly before Gueye started dropping back to help him.

I can understand why you couldn't enjoy the game the same way if you didnt notice things like that.
 how was the 2nd half for you?

Played ok, created plenty, beaten by a worldie, not the end of the world losing that 2-0 as long as we beat Brugge next 2 game weeks

If Bruges keeps City out of the next round I’m buying a Mignolet jersey to hang in my bedroom. Fecking hell.

What a dumb comment from him, honestly the standard of punditry is so utterly pathetic. The level of insight is embarrassing.

Strange game. I thought City played well, for the most part.
Not that strange, a classic counter attack performance for PSG. They rode their luck at times but when you have their players on the counter it's not a bad game plan. City looked like they were sorely missing that number 9 tonight as they had countless crosses but no one with those natural instincts to get on the end of them. Of course you can argue that with the players and resources that PSG have they shouldn't be ceding dominance to City on their home patch but it worked.
