Yet people will still claim Ten Hag publicly falls out with players and throws them under the bus when this is the reality of what he's dealing with, if anything he's too soft and he's hiding problems under the "illness" excuse at his own expense.

Ehhhh. What the feck is this bullshit. If you get paid the amount of money these players are paid, to be top athletes, you can well fine avoid nightclubs until the summer breaks. To be honest, I'd even be okay with a nightclub outing early in a international break for players that aren't picked. But this is just bullshit from Rashford.

Oh dear. After the recent comments from the new regime he must either be incredibly arrogant or actually wanting to leave as there's surely no way he'd be stupid enough to do that while everyone is under review and think he can get away with it.

I'm pretty much done with him now. Get rid and buy an actual team player with the proceeds.

A lot of illness going round. Half my squad is off with it. We had a match cancelled at 10pm Saturday the night before a 10am kick off because they didn't have enough players.

Lots of illness.

You can go out think you're fine and it turns out you're not.

The witch-hunt against Rashford is embarrassing. He's not playing amazing. Let the club deal with it.
Thats great and all, but seem to forget the fact he was out clubbing it night before training

What did we do to deserve all this shit? Another day another issue.

Rashford clearly doesn’t give a shit what ETH thinks.

New manager will have a task on his hand cleaning up this ongoing attitude problem.

If this is true its very difficult to see a future for him at the club. Massively unprofessional.

Basically what needs to happen is to sell all the players who were at the club when Mourinho was fired (cant be too many remaining) bring back Mourinho, publically apologize and give him free reign to do anything.

There is zero chance of this happening but I am pretty certain it would solve the footballing problems within a year.
Only one problem there. We would have Mourinho as our manager.

Glasgow resident these days.
This is a massive disrespect to the club, the fans and anyone who is involved with the club. Our highest earner and local lad - he’s a huge part of the club. He knows what he’s doing and it’s a blatant piss take. Even if it’s an actual illness and not hangover, then the situation he’s put himself in makes it irreversible. How the feck is ETH press on when this clown carries on like this. He should be dropped for a long time and fines a lot of wages. What a selfish prick.

He silenced his 'haters' with his goal against Spurs. His night out was well deserved, ETH should've given him the day off anyway after that. What a player.

Yeah nothing at all wrong with attending a night club hours before training.

Not good. Regardless of whether he was actually sick (unlikely) or just hungover to death, you shouldn't be out late in nightclub the night before training. Let alone in a completly different city.

Shocking behaviour and very disappointing by him.

All the noise about INEOS taking United into a well run serious club now facing its first serious test.
Back him or sack him?

INEOS may want to make a statement sale. Whether that’s Rashford or someone else remains to be seen.

‘‘Get in line on you are sold’’.

That’s probably the only way to make this thick bunch listen.

Should be sold. Same goes for 10-15 others. He fits into the 'Good when he can be bothered' camp. Unfortunately, we also have the 'Couldn't be good even if their lives depended upon it' camp.

Yes. I am of the opinion that United destroyed Mourinho's reputation but that he is still a top manager
I honestly think it's more a case of football just leaving him behind. Every manager has a shelf life.

Even if you disregard United, he's just been sacked by Roma and failed miserably at Spurs. There's a reason he never makes it past the third season.

Mourinho never had issues with Rashford. It’s a bizarre myth that’s emerged in recent years. All he said was that he couldn’t play at centre forward; hardly a controversial opinion.

The club blowing smoke up his arse in the Ole years seems to have done him no good at all though.

Anecdotally I've been knocked out for the last 4 days with the worst fever I've had since the heyday of Corona in April 2020.

I think this is the press trying to sensationalise things. It's very feasible that he did go out and that he is actually ill. Not a huge story.

Article says he was with his mate Ro-Shaun Williams (ex youth player of ours) who has just signed for Larne over there.
Poor Ro-Shaun, Larne is the shithole of shitholes, probably needed some emotional support.

He scored 30 goals last year, 17 in the Prem.

Whatever his issues are, hopefully he sorts them out soon

I always thought the nightlife in Belfast was supposed to be shite and I wonder who he went with.

He was probably just celebrating getting back to peak fitness after recovering from the illness that kept him out of the Bayern Munich game, poor lad can't catch a break.

As long as he scores and points to his head in his next game that's all what matters

If you’re in a nightclub in Belfast a few hours before you’re due at training in Manchester, you don’t get to claim the benefit of the doubt on being sick.

So it was actually two consecutive nights on the piss, one authorised before a day off and one seemingly not authorised before a training day. Prick.

Of course this is a big story. Especially when your boss called it unacceptable in public the last time you did it, essentially forcing his hand by not giving a damn about what he says.
