I don´t know whether it is good news or bad news for Liverpool that VVD is their worst defender now. I know one thing: I wouldn´t extend his contract this/next summer. If they are smart they "sell" Klopp/Salah/VVD as a package and acquire Xabi/Wirtz/Kossounou as replacements with money to spare.
Imo currently Liverpool side is pretty average despite being at the top of league at the moment. They’ll plunge back into the darkness once Klopp fecks off in the summer.
Drury is a huge improvement on Martin Tyler's recent seasons. But Drury sure does love speaking in the hopes it becomes a soundbyte

Well, Saliba and van Dijk are by far the 2 best CBs currently in the strongest Premier League era ever.
Van Dijk's peak level is unquestionably at least up there with every all-time PL great's level.
Saliba is 22. Vidic was in Serbia at that age, van Dijk was in Scotland.
