I still do not think 5th is impossible given how erratic Tottenham are, but most probably it will be 6th.

The only team that matters
As long as we avoid the Conference league. That will be demoralising. A club of United's stature playing in a third rate competition is embarrassing
What would be even more embarassing would be finishing so low in the PL we don't qualify for anything

I reckon we could sneek 5th but 6th is most likely

6th. Injuries of the last couple of weeks killed any chance of top 4/5.

6th, but wouldn't be surprised if it was lower.

The league table has been very kind to us for a while now. We should be worse off in the table based on analytics.

If Hojlund was out longer than the quoted 3 weeks I'd say we'd drop further than sixth.

With him I'd say 5th.

Italy still have 7/7 teams left in Europe and I can still Arsenal being knocked out, not looking like England will get the extra spot.
There is a real chance of a clean sweep for English teams this year. City, Liverpool and Villa clear favourites in each competition.

So basically nobody, but you thought it would be more dramatic if you added etc at the end of the list which already exhausted all injuries we currently have.
No…   conspiracy theorist much?

We also have Casemiro doubt and Wan Bissaka still injured.

Edit: is it now the standard that every single injury has to be listed when talking about them because feck me if so? I simply couldn’t remember every single one and as I say wanted to cover all bases of past present and future injuries.

Edit 2: in fact it’s worse because with AWB out we don’t even have the option of playing Dalot LB and then another natural RB in his spot so no it’s not basically nobody

It’s not a conspiracy, you literally did that.

Casemiro is not a doubt, he had to be taken off due to concussion.

Wan Bissaka is the only one that you did not list per name / position but sure just saying ‘etc’, pretending to at it’s some very very long injury list, sounds more dramatic than just saying Mount and Wan Bissaka because then it does not actually appear to be an unprecedented, historical injury crisis.

I literally did not. If you’re not going to accept me at my word despite not doing that then I’m not sure what to say here.

I’ve even shown you the site I usually use for the injury summaries. Having checked it it lists in addition to those I stated AWB and Casemiro.

What was your reason for using etc instead of just naming Wan Bissaka, other than what I mentioned? Casemiro is not injured.

You obviously won’t admit it but you did that to help your narrative. You could have just said AWB which is the same number of letter as etc (but obviously doesn’t give the vibe of injury disaster anymore).

Reasons as I’ve stated above ^^^

I don’t have a narrative I’m quite consistent in using stats to show rather than relying on my feelings too much.

6th. Spurs and Villa are just better than us, and I can't see that changing with the way we've played this season.

We'll scrape a marginal points gap over Brighton/Newcastle/Wolves/West Ham and do it with a whopping 0 GD

8th. I say that so I don't feel further heartaches when we lose again. This club is sending me into depression.
