Do you think our starting eleven today is more decimated by injuries than Liverpools team? Yes we have a young centre back playing. So do they. I think we are starting our strongest team bar one centre back and shaw. Injuries really shouldn’t be used as an excuse today is what I’m saying. We should be good to go and face them up and cause problems against their back line, like they probably are thinking the same about ours

and those goggly eyes add nothing but make you look immature
Would rather be immature than ignorant.

Anyone downplaying injury problems this season and how much they fecked up this season is just holding their head in the sand.

Playing Rashford with Dalot at LB just guarantee's we're going to get fisted down their right wing.

Amazing 400IQ decision from Ten Hag.
Must have a cheeky bet on Liverpool to win 4-0.

For the midfield I'd say it's pretty close, but I'd bet that Mainoo would start in there somewhere for them as he's a unique talent, while Mac Allister and Szoboszlai are both very good, but don't think as talented. Mainoo is young, but I'd have him in there. Garnacho ahead of Diaz for sure for me as well, I don't particularly rate Diaz. He's an average player (but capable of the odd big game, but the system makes him look better than he is).
I agree Mainoo is a great talent but for now he's had as many bad games as he's had good which is to be expected for an 18 yo. McAllister is way ahead of him and Szobosziai has more influence as a team player, same as Enzo and Mainoo playing beside Casemiro certainly won't do him any favours.

Out of interest how many times have you watched Diaz play?

I’ll be fuming if Rashford strolls around all afternoon after getting a rest the other night
spoiler: He will. He always does.

and he'll lose the ball double-digits by trying to freestyle around every defender when a pass is open.

Still our main threat. He usually turns up in the big games at home.

Same Diaz who wastes 80% of his chances before scoring a goal?

Plenty of times... There's a reason they are open to selling Diaz and why he gets rotated quite often. He looked great at the start, got his injury and has been very inconsistent since his injury.

If it turns out to be Kambwala LCB, Dalot LB, Rashford LW.... ETH has been utterly clueless yet again.

AWB was poor vs Chelsea but he did well against Salah at LB.

Dropping Antony for this sort of game for Rashford is also criminally stupid.

What a starting 11... no fecking chance, not even watching .. I'll be waiting for my phone to beep.. I expect it to beep at least 4 times. If ETH can pull put a result from that 11 I be surprised.. Casimero has been a passenger in games .. Mainoo gets no help feel sorry for him in there. AWB will get caught out of position by going to far up the pitch.. 2 right backs as full backs.

Willy and Maguire at CB .phewwww ..

I think it’s also depth/bench. They have Gomez, Konate and Tsimikas on the bench (either rested or deemed not 100%… maybe a bit of both). They get an injury, they have proper defensive experienced options.

    Such a nob.

"I don't buy into this idea that Manchester United have been decimated by injuries." Gary Neville.
On the day we’re starting a 19 year old centre half because our other 5 centre backs aren’t fit, including the 37 year old emergency free transfer.

But no, he doesn’t buy it. Madness.

Who? Mainoo I think would start for Liverpool ahead of one of their 2 midfielders, I think Mount is pretty much the same as either Szoboszlai and Mac Allister and I don't see where he starts given Mainoo and Bruno, Case is having a garbage season so if anything that one is a reach, but I'm not putting Endo ahead of Casemiro on the back of one season in a garbage system.

Garnacho over Diaz I'm pretty confident in, Diaz is an average player.
Only Mainoo really competes for their midfield and he's very inexperienced, 18 years old, and coming off a poor performance.

Yup. But the midfield is arguably at least closeish, quality-wise. Both of their wide forwards are better than either of ours, in my opinion. Although not by so much that it can't turn the other way in a single individual game.

Did he really say that? Of course people won't believe we have injury issues when we have a supposed legend spouting this kind of bullshit narrative. The same person then goes and says Liverpool's squad has been decimated by injuries and came up with that 'Klopp's Kids' to appear neutral probably.

Neville is starting to annoy me more everyday.

Maguire is not 4 math choice. He’s actually fighting with varane for a starting position.
I don’tthink Liverpool are decimated by injuries maybe j worded it wrong, but neither is our starting eleven today

We are fecked today. I was at the game at Old Trafford three weeks ago and felt more confident then.

If we concede early it could be a mauling

We've seen Lindelof start ahead of Maguire these past few weeks. I agree our squad isn't decimated by injuries - but several injuries to the CB and LB positions isn't ideal.
