No, only City and United were always showing some level of consistence. The remaining 4 had shit form before the announcement.

You are right. This is overplayed. It is not like these teams are getting results on a consistent basis anyway.
What Arsenal are doing there ? They have been replaced by Leceister, they are mid-table now and have lost against a better team anyway.
