Does anyone really like this? I just feel like it gives so much more flexibility. Keep the current rule of 3 stoppages only, and it fits perfectly.
Sure, some can argue that it gives bigger teams an advantage, but maybe we can slightly tweak it where the additional two have to be either U21 or were club academy players?
