Yep, which means he will inevitably go on to great success.

Adli has been good too, hasn't he? Can you imagine the ridiculousness of spending 100m on the likes of Sarabia, Paredes or Draxler instead of simply using the kids that you already have and are pretty talented. Can you imagine the fact that Kehrer cost more than Edouard, Ikoné and Adli put together and that their transfers happened the same summer?

to me he seems similar to Bruno in play style, pops up everywhere and creates chances, also quite skillful and can beat his man. only 18, so got plenty of time to hone his ability

Just another addition to the long list of Franco-Algerian talents.

It's not only to their financial detriment: Lille signed Ikone, Maignan and Soumare directly from PSG for a combined fee of €6m to have them eventually play significant roles in their title win over PSG. It feels like every summer PSG have a couple of highly rated kids leaving for free/cheap. Totally baffling how a club can let that happen again and again every year.

Timothy Weah as well.
Coman, Zagadou also springs to mind.

It's mainly to their on field detriment, the point about the fee was more that PSG should have had their youth players and spent the rest on improving the team with key players. Instead they lost a lot of youth players and due to the may holes created had to spend a lot of money on subpar players. They put themselves in a lose-lose situation.

They only need to sell Dagba and they have a complete team:
----------------------------Maignan(1m)
[ ]-----------------Nianzou(0)--Zagadou(0)--F. Mendy(0)
------------Rabiot(0)-Soumare(0)-Nkunku(13m)
Diaby(15m)-----------Dembele(360k)---------Coman(0)

<€30m. Could pop in Ikone for Diaby to shave off another €10m.

That’s actually insane. All that talent for less than 35 m, if that was Chelsea they’d get 5x as much.

Could also pop in Adli for Nkunku and shave off 7 more haha.
It’s actually insane if you think about the talent they let go for peanuts. Chelsea would be selling those players for 100 - 200m easy.

Yes, unfortunately, I can.

He's definitely had ups and downs though, he's far from consistent, but you can tell the talent is there, we could see it in his few appearances for PSG. I don't give much credence to youth performances at all, but he's shown to be a top youth player then as well if that means anything.

It's as you've said, PSG shoot themselves in the foot when you look at the transactions you highlighted. It's also well known now that PSG produces solid youth players that they can't hold on to and will continue to be a feeding frenzy unless something changes, and I don't see that happening under the current hierarchy.

Could be quite a coup for Sunderland. When he was leaving PSG, we were reportedly pretty interested but he chose to stay in France.
