All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Please be careful purchasing tickets

Anyone possibly have or no anyone who would have 4 tickets from any home game from march until end of season. My mate and his wife looking to take the two kids to there first game. They are coming from ireland so would like to plan it rather than hope for availability in the week running up to game.

They seem to be like gold dust at the minute Any help or advise would be good.

Keep checking website if youre members, around 8 weeks before a game there will be a big ticket drop

If we reach the thr Carabao cup final, how are the tickets United are allocated distributed?

Would it be a ballot like regular away games or sold on a first come first serve basis?

Assuming it's like previous ones, but it's been a few years since we've had one, they would open applications for all season ticket holders where you put your preferences on which ticket values you would be comfortable paying with. Then a ballot would be drawn with everyone on full home cup credits and then working back down from that. I managed to nab two off a tip off on here about returns for the 2016 final with 2 less credits than full I think but that was very lucky.

Never had an issue with tickets for Wembley, as long as you are opted into ACS you will be fine as the allocation will cover everyone.

Fantastic news. Ridiculous it ever happened.

Great news, but I would suspect the club is confident of continuing to sell (tout) ordinary seats for over 150 quid to replace the lost income. (Unless I have missed something and they are going to stop this)

You trying to say a sandwich and drink at the cricket club isn’t worth the extra 200 quid?!

Perfect time for the club to raise season ticket prices.

How do you get to know about these sort of things?

Got an email from United earlier today.

it was about women’s matches but underneath they buried the bit about the Barca game. Below is a copy and paste:

As a reminder, Official Membership is now off-sale for 2022/23 given unprecedented demand and to protect ticket access for existing Members. A very limited number of tickets for our home UEFA Europa League home game vs. Barcelona (Thu 23 Feb, 8pm) will go on sale to Official Members at 1pm on Wednesday 25th January, at tickets.manutd.com where very small numbers of tickets for our cup games against Reading (Sat 28 Jan, 8pm) and Nottingham Forest (Wed 1 Feb, 8pm) are also available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.

Anyone driving back from Barca/know someone who is?

Give me a shout if so please.

Hi - has anyone had any experience with Footballticketnet.com - are they legit?

It's because I'm flirting with the idea of surprising my dad with tickets for the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley - he's paid for and on his own planned 5-6 trips to Old Trafford in my life, and I'd love to take him to Wembley if we get there.

The tickets goes from £500 and up, but the man's not getting younger and I think it would be a special memory.

Not sure what the cost is but if Wembley are selling hospitality and your willing to pay that amount I would do a bit of research into that first. Would rather pay money for that than give some tout website that amount.

Have no idea about the site but it is a lovely thought. I hope you can make it happen!

Anyone know if forwarding cup tickets effects cup final credits? Might give the TO a ring but I'd prob get a different answer off each team member.

yeah it’s legit. Incredible that those sites exist. Openly touting premier league tickets. All the shite the Premier League and United give about beating touts and you see those sites operating regularly.

Forwarding tickets/donating to MU Foundation counts towards attendance.

My brother is sorted for the away Barcelona trip through credits and looking unlikely to get a home tie ticket.

Makes no sense to me.

What is there to make sense of?

I could never set foot in Old Trafford but go to all European away games. I shouldn’t, and wouldn’t, get priority for any decent home games just because I’ve been abroad with United

Anyone lucky with the release today? In position 6000 and waiting.. let's see.. !
I'm 6600, not sure how big the release is, just stay on the stadium view for a bit and refresh because people will abandon their checkout. Goodluck!

I'm 77,325 in the queue. Still quietly confident the 77,324 in front of me will have a change of heart and I will get a single
