@Aldo Excellent rules – some of this stuff should have been formalized a long time ago. I especially like the spoilers on the first page rule – something which has annoyed me at times: The Caf itself is sometimes a bit slow, and if you're on a shite connection of some kind it can be a pain in the arse to load match threads.
Only thing I would add is that general player profiles don't belong in the match thread at all – in my opinion. They very rarely contain anything but generic praise for the player – and they're hardly ever directly relevant to the on-going discussion. Much better if the managers post specific quotes or clips which illustrate the point they're making. Just my opinion, of course, but I really don't see much point to posting biographies and such in the match thread rather than simply posting a link to the main thread.
Lastly, I think the template looks good: Nothing there which isn't pretty much essential and it should be a quick job to jot this down.

A random thought that occurred to me - we should avoid the usual naming of best unpicked players after the drafting this time if we're going to do this 'reserve reserves' draft soon.
