i think the best way to get one is via private sale from anyone crazy enough to be selling. I belive you can then get it transferring into your name the next season...

4 years eh?
There's no waiting list for season tickets, the only way some more will be issued is if they expand the stands and then they'll be offered to those with the most vouchers from the last couple of seasons' cup games, like last time.
I think the ened to have a season ticket has gone now really. A few years back it was hell to get match day ticket for members as there was so few, but now there are loads of spares floating about for games and it isn't hard to get tickets anymore which is a good thing.
Or ask An Extremely Boring Man for one as he seems to get offered a different one every day
