So I had a issue with my OnePlus 7 Pro. I installed the android 11 and it jacked my phone all up. I thought I was downgrading back to android 10 which it did but I lost all my apps and other data. Is there any way to recover data from a particular app? Ive tried using a few data recovery programs but they see to have trouble finding the phone to scan when connected to the laptop, or they only look for the basic shit, photos, docs, contacts, messages etc.
