Do people realize that since Bruno signed (matchweek 25) till the end of the season, we had the most points in the league.. 5 more than Liverpool.. 1 more than City.

We had a underwhelming transfer window and 2 bad results.. the palace one is excusable. the Spurs one.. despite being down to 10, less so..

But 2 games doesnt change everything.. the break is well timed.. the new players will join.. hopefully we can sort things out.

the off season was shorter because of the Europa League and Covid. the transfers were delayed because Ed.. And everyone else strengthened, so I'm not saying we are challenging for anything.. but all this doom is unnecessary.

The Brighton game was the worst of the lot. Please add that to your list.

Palace dicked us. Brighton dicked us and only for luck that you will never see the likes of again would've won by 4 or 5. Spurs did what other teams were threatening to do and obliterated us.

This United is in serious, serious trouble.

Not it isn't.

Its still the same side that proved it could get results.. not just a one off, but string together a run of good results.

A bad start still doesnt change that.

The problem is it shouldn't be. The same set of players were miles better last season, this is the best squad we've had in years in terms of first team quality and depth. Solskjaer needs to find out where the problem lies, and if it's with him then he needs to rectify it quickly or he'll end up facing the sack. We can't continue to hemorrhage chances, that's what bottom of the league teams do. I'm still willing to cut the team some slack for missing pre-season but that excuse is beginning to wear thin, if the issues are still present over the next 3 matches we need to seriously consider our managerial options.

It's 3 bad games not 2, we got completely humiliated by Spurs, Brighton and Palace. We play Newcastle, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Everton next, that means given recent form we might be getting 6-9 points from 21. We did better last season but in football all that matters is this season and we're horrible atm.

Too soon, too soon. Spurs were dogshit against Everton, 2 games later, they're world beaters. Villa, VILLA, could have put 10 past Liverpool. Everything is just a bit all over the gaff at the moment. We've been horrible but we'll have a better idea of our true status a month after the international break.

We have been average/poor since the last few games of last season. The last good game we actually played was Bournemouth 5-2. The 3-0 win against Villa started to show the drop in our form but a dodgy pen helped make the game easier to win. After that it has been mediocre performance getting worse per game up till the Sunday match.

Ole is not playing our players in the best formation or positions to get the best out of them. That's why he is getting the pressure.

However, for some reason even us in the last season we looked wonky at the start and got better as the season went on. I saw this even before Bruno joined who took us a step further.

So one thing I'm not necessarily discounting on is the fact our team does get better as the season progresses. Maybe our game time as a team helps increase our understanding and attacking/defensive energy throughout the league season. Maybe our games in a season helps us progress as a team because the coaching is done through the match aswell as the players learing the changes need to be made depending on the mistakes during matches.

I see many flaws in Ole's tactics but I also am not un ruling the fact that we might get better as the season goes on.

We've always had setbacks even with the best of teams and all teams go through bad form. Problem is under Ole we seem to go for prolonged periods of form - whether bad or good.. and it's mainly a mental issue. He really needs to learn how lift up the players after a bad result. But until he does, the fear is we may have 10-12 bad games which can basically kill the season for us

And even that game we were terrible defensively and scored some great individual goals.

Gary Neville said a while ago, this United team relies on moments. It doesn't control football games, they always feel just at the end of our reach. Sometimes we'll get a grip, others it'll slip away.
Ole's entire time at the club is all about moments and momentum. It isn't enough.

need to take out Pogba and matic. I’m certain that will toughen up the midfield. It was totally criminal we didn’t even take a punt on a young DM to rotate. It’s like Ed doesn’t even watch football but there he is at every match

Don't waste your time trying to talk sense with these lunatics.

Perspective and common sense disappeared from the Caf a long time ago.

I think it's because we rarely have a set of 11 players that are in form and quality. It's partly the manager's fault but also because the team has only about 13-15 good outfield players so someone being out of form or injured affects us more. That and we are an inconsistent and mentally fragile group.

Bingo, but if we're dogshite after 3/4 games then the club has to act while there is still a season to salvage. No team is to good to go down and if we're not careful we'll be sucked into a fight we don't want to be in. There's enough about this team that we should be pushing to catch up with Liverpool, not being spanked 1-6 at home to Spurs.

Head in the sand.
Not really, we wiped the floor with a really good Sevilla team not so long back and were extremely unlucky to lose whilst also being the from team in the PL.

We have some excellent players in our squad and are far from "shit" and in "serious, serious trouble"

Get behind you team man ffs.
