Best Player Ever 4way Draft

Standard T&C:

S1 - All time snake draft.
S2 - Initial drafting of 12 players.
S3 - 4 hrs per pick. Do not wait or provide extra time. Extra 4 hours if PM'd to other players. Please PM the player after you in the order.
S4 - No change in picks after posting.
S5 - No substitutions. Tactical changes with in-field players only.
S6 - Draw will be decided by Coin Toss
S7 - In match thread, only one of the managers is allowed to post for the duration of the match. The other manager is restricted to 3 posts or less for the duration of match thread. Make your choice and make it clear on match thread on who will lead the discussions. It's not one at a time. It's just one for the match.

Draft Rules

R1 - There will be 4 different brackets in the draft

• Debut - 22
• 22 - 26
• 26 - 30
• 30 - Retirement

R2 - Each manager will ONLY pick from one "4 year" interval/age bracket. First chances to pick their age bracket for the whole drafts are the one with less draft wins so in a 3 man draft with Zlatan, Beam and Gio - zlatan as a draft turd will pick first, beam as your average fool will pick second and gio as the GOAT will pick last. That only applies to picking age brackets, actual draft order will be randomized!
R3 - For a player to classify for a age bracket, MUST have at least 2 seasons(irrelevant how many games) in the period. If it has small number of games its up to a opposition manager to play that card in a match thread. Nobody is inclined to double check your picks, if you feck up that player is DQ and you can replace him with a sub. If you dont have 11 players on the pitch the whole team is DQ.
R3 - Only one version of player is available! So there cant be multiple versions of same players just from different age brackets.
R4 - Free All Time Pool with Non Footage Turds blocked - every player MUST have 1 full game available.

sort of, after we get the final number people with zero draft wins will pick their age brackets first, then the ones with one win and so on until gio picks his with 28 wins
