I wouldn't put it past Rupert Murdoch.Piers Morgan?

From what I remember from reading the books, Craig's portrayal is the closest to Ian Fleming's version of James Bond. His rating system is bizarre. His favourite Bond movie is 9 and number 4 is described as one of the weakest Bond films.
As for Daniel Craig, he's more Bourne than Bond but then I haven't really ever liked any that were made recently enough for me to watch them when they were new. It could be because growing up I was used to them being old films so you forgive the ridiculous stuff but in a new movie it's jarring.
Over ‘Live and let die’ Or ‘The spy who loved me’? (Or a few others)Casino Royale and The Spy Who Loved Me are the two best films. Roger Moore is the best Bond. Jaws is the best henchman.
A View To A Kill is the best opening theme.
Nope! It's a good song and it has some serious Bond vibes.Over ‘Live and let die’ Or ‘The spy who loved me’? (Or a few others)
You’re wumming right?
Most people hyping it will have likely been teenagers when it came out and also probably connect it with the nostalgia of one of the best video games of its generation.I remember watching Goldeneye after seeing it hyped up for so long. I thought it was corny and silly. Not sure what others see in it.
Makes senseMost people hyping it will have likely been teenagers when it came out and also probably connect it with the nostalgia of one of the best video games of its generation.
It’s actually hard to comprehend just how bad Die Another Die really is. It’s so so so so bad.
I might watch it this week.
Connery was so obviously the best one. For a start, he looked like he could actually handle himself in a fight, which is more than can be said for 60 year old Roger Moore, ‘built like a twig’ Brosnan and ‘midget’ Craig.I agree with the ranking that most of the Connery ones are at the top. Connery was by far the best Bond.
As a kid I hated the Bond films purely because the only ones I saw were the Roger Moore ones which were way too comic caper and silly at times to me, and it sucked the only good Bond film I knew was Goldeneye with Brosnan, who then got quite unlucky with the scripts getting worse with every new film.
Then I watched Goldfinger when I was 19 , loved it and wanted to see all the Connery ones after that.
To an extent, nostalgia plays a part. But it holds up very well, it's a great film. Most people hyping it will have likely been teenagers when it came out and also probably connect it with the nostalgia of one of the best video games of its generation.
