The club will shortly submit planning applications for two new bespoke pavilions to host additional changing facilities, offices, gyms and catering areas. Plans for overflow car parking are also in the pipeline.

A planning application has already been submitted to Trafford Council for new floodlights, a new all-seater stand, improved access footpaths, pitchside toilets, an electricity sub-station and new fencing along the east side of the training centre

Finally, updates to Carrington!

Good news, hope this won't stop the renovations need at Old Trafford?

There’s a theme here…. patiently review areas of the club that need improvement, balance need/cost v return then one by one, tick them off

Berrada, Wilcox, Ashworth, managerial position, OT, Carrington.

They may not be fan/media choice every time, but make your own decisions and don’t let the media know until you’ve decided.

Dalot enjoying his apple

So the rumours we were looking at a new complex was horsecrap

Scandi is really having it's moment in interior design right now, isn't it?

some of the players aren’t going to like the constant smell of fermented fish, or having to put together their furniture each day before sitting on it.

I'll boycott the club until a new swimming pool is announced.

Assuming this is Ineos putting money in, been about 20 years since we’ve seen this kind of thing.

Not really. Upgrades to Carrington were desperately needed. We might still go for a new training ground in the future possibly after the stadium is sorted.

No, we are still assessing plots in the area then you need to design and build it which can take a long time, we desperately needed upgrades in the short term as well however and this is part of that.

Proposing a designated clubbing of seals area also, allowing Rasmus to take out his frustration whenever he doesn't get passed the ball in training
