Think they've said they spent £20m on renovations. Not quite the huge revamp it needs.

No, we are still assessing plots in the area then you need to design and build it which can take a long time, we desperately needed upgrades in the short term as well however and this is part of that.
Proposing a designated clubbing of seals area also, allowing Rasmus to take out his frustration whenever he doesn't get passed the ball in training
