I got a game patch from 2018 into Championship Manager. I finished 5th with the modern United. Lost the FA Cup final to Leicester City and got beat 6-2 in the semi final of the Champions League. And they've given me my walking papers.

This United job is harder than you'd think.
 
CM 01/02, those were the days. I loved the simplicity of it. I appreciate how complex and detailed FM has become but CM 01/02 remains the best management simulation game.

Haven't played it in ages :( Do they have a free version for Mac yet?
 
Did you even sign Zola-Moukoko?
 
I quite recently won 4 CL in 5 seasons with Utd on there & also 4 Leagues. The first season I didn't win 1 or the other I was out.

I went to Grenoble Foot in France Div 2, we were absolute crap but they didn't care. I had just signed Mexes & David Villa there & was heading for either unending glory or insolvency & bankruptcy when I lost interest.

In the beginning, RVN needs 1 season to settle & then scores loads. Vasilyuk of Belarus is a good one to support him. But timing the dismantling of the Giggs, Scholes Beckham MF is difficult. Roy Keane can be let go, he seems permanently miserable from the get-go anyway.

Signing Guardiola right at the start is useful, Veron can play just about anywhere but favours the right side.
 
To Madeira, Kim Kallstrom and Tonton Zola Moukoko is where it's at.
