What’s the best concept kit you’ve ever seen?

It always amazes me that average fans seem to come up with better designs than adidas or Nike who tend to work off limited templates.

I stumbled across soccept on Twitter who shared this absolute beauty:

It’s definitely up there for me - given the price of kits now, they really should do better in terms of design, particularly regarding how unique each clubs kit is.

Its shit seeing clubs in a colour variant of a pretty basic template.

That’s an amazing kit that would struggle to be beaten when they renew it.

maybe they constantly make basic crap kits so the next one has a chance of being slightly better or not dreadfully worse

Coming to the realisation that modern kits have too many limitations.

Club sponsor must be x size
Must be colour in some cases
No changing the club badge
Can't put certain designs on the sleeves in case it interferes with the sponsor

Has one of the major brands ever revealed how they come up with the designs for their kits?

Looks breathtaking. I’d assume that the cost of a kit comes into play as well — a kit that detailed would force a much higher production price (although if we’re talking about a kit that can become popular in a much wider audience than the one originally targeted, it’s this one).

A very aesthetically advanced octopus picks random balls that represent main and supporting kit color and one of default patterns.

It's a beauty but you wouldn't be able to see the numbers and letters on TV or from the cheap seats for that matter.
