That only changes the Chrome UI to dark mode though, not the site itself? (Unless my app is fecked up).
Edit: found a way to "force it" to show every website in dark mode (which isn't ideal to not be able to control it per individual site since not all sites are necessarily showing properly that way, but at least the CAF is):
If you want to force dark mode for websites that do not support it, open Chrome, type 'chrome://flags' in the address bar and hit enter. On the page that shows up, type 'dark mode' in the search bar and you will see a flag named 'Auto Dark mode for web contents'. Set to "Enabled" and restart Chrome.
Worked for me. A toggle like i think Samsung Browser had would be be nice though.
