I think this may actually be a myth
Think you might be right — just checked and Ighalo was loaned out to Pozzo’s other clubs every year Bruno was at Udinese. :(

I always find it odd we once started a game with a midfield of Robson, Ince and Keane.

Is that Heinze to the right in the PSG side?

Edit: missed that you mentioned him. My phone cut the spoilertitle just short. Carry on.

Oh and Eden Hazard played briefly with Patrick Kluivert at Lille.

Muller and Best were teammates at some point in the US although I think they were more like drinking buddies than footballers at that stage of their careers.

Freddy Adu, despite all the jokes, still actually managed to play (as in making minutes) on the same team with players like:

-Rui Costa
-David Luiz
-Angel Di Maria
-Nuno Gomes
-Fabio Coentrao
-Dario Simic

Wenger as manager with the following players but NOT for Arsenal!

Emmanuel Petit
Thierry Henry
Christopher Wreh
Giles Grimandi

Hes had some incredible players as team mates over the years... especially midfielders
Roy Keane, Davids, Carrick, Seedorf, Pirlo, Gerrard, Beckham, Bale

Love these kind of threads, some crackers in here.

The Berbatov/Martial one in particular was a head twister.

Didn't both players commented they played together before?

Ighalo did, but I have seen a couple of reports saying they could only have had a few training sessions together at most.

''The 30-year-old also claimed to have played with the Portuguese star before, saying ‘It’s not my first time playing with Bruno. I played with him at Udinese back in 2010’. However, history shows that Bruno was still playing for Boavista Under 17’s in 2010. The two were both at Udinese in August 2013 and would have trained together but they never played a competitive match alongside one other.''

Ah, cheers. Memories tend to be not so reliable.

Bruno must have made a huge impression in trainings for Ighalo to commented on his best abilities - everything is spot-on, but that much is obvious even just from seeing his performances in games.

Reasonably easy to forget Ian Wright's spells at West Ham and Celtic so you can have Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard and Mark Viduka.
