Ole spending has been modest. He has only spent 400mil. The chequebook managers like Klopp and Pep have spent more. Even Arteta outspend hin this summer ffs,

The problem is the money wasted before Ole came in and hanging on to players who should have gone years ago eg Mata,Jones etc.
