The cheating twat will no doubt appeal. Hope they double the ban and take all of his medals back and give them to the clean swimmers who would have otherwise won them.

I strongly susoect that China and Russia are still running systemic PED schenes to cheat their way to medals.

Someone I know well played a training series for his country's A team against the Chinese national team about 18 months ago. On the day the drug testers showed up none of the Chinese squad showed up but a second string did who had never been seen before and guess who was tested?
