would be nice if the fans celebrated the players now instead of flat out abuse.

Great young likeable side. France lost the euro final at their home and went on to win the WC so nothing should be impossible for this team. Hwoever, Southgate needs to be more brave. Can't play with not to lose mentality.

Hope they can get appreciated without being racially abused or have burning effigies hanging out of pub windows. One can hope.

Up there with some of the best cup runs in recent times (Portsmouth, Wigan, Greece).

England currently have one of the most talented young squads in the world. I just hope that soon they get a manager who will make the most of it.

Great tournament , exceeded expectations really and to get to a final and take a well drilled Italian team all the way to penalties with such a young side bodes well for the future. Southgate needs to be braver though and could do with finding a bit more creativity in the midfield . Hopefully bounce back now and manage to qualify for next year.
