Fantastic stuff. Describes the United way perfectly. And the genius of Fergie.

It's an interview with a 27 year old CEO tackling Rio's experience primarily from a team culture POV. I think it's all interesting, but from 17:29 to 51:34 is probably the most revealing.

The story about Berbatov at 21:15 is worth a listen. Rio also talks about how we're too friendly now from 39:05.
