If we are top of the League before the West Brom (h) game we will win the League.

The last 11 games look comfortable for us

Arsenals start and run in are horrific
Chelseas start is easy but their run in is irdiculously tough
City have a toughish start but an easier run in than the 2 teams above

The fixtures in April and May look good in terms of the teams we play. It is essential to be able to focus on the CL at that time and maybe rest one or the other player in the League games if we play a "weaker" team

We all love United
Arsenal have their traditionally near end of season game at Stoke again

I would say City have the easiest run in followed by us. Doesn't matter though, they will only be competing for European places come April

I think Arsenals toughest run comes before the 6 you posted, around Feb/March. It's when they typically start falling away and they have Liverpool and Everton away amongst others.

Chelseas run in is very tough compared to ours

Trips to Villa, Fulham, City, Arsenal and Liverpool from March onwards.
aye but Stevie G will make sure they get opportunities to score if they're desperate for points

don't think that is really that tough. Ciddy and Spurs they'll have to be at their best but Arse they normally beat and the dippers will be out of it by that time and will hand them the points again.

3 points for high difficulty, 2 points for medium and 1 point for easy.

First 10 games:

United: 23 points
Chelsea: 18 points
Arsenal: 21 points
City: 18 points
Spurs: 24 points
Liverpool: 20 points

Holiday fixtures ( 5 games)

United: 7 points
Chelsea: 9 points
Arsenal: 9 points
City: 11 points
Spurs: 9 points
Liverpool: 10 points

Final 10 games

United
: 16 points
Chelsea: 20 points
Arsenal: 18 points
City: 19 points
Spurs: 17 points
Liverpool: 16 points

Chelsea and City have easy starts. We have the easiest holiday fixtures while City have the toughest. And United and Liverpool have the easiest run in while Chelsea and City have the toughest.

hmm, just noticed that in November, we've the chance to create history, by being the first United team to beat Swansea away from home... I know we've only played them 8 times away before, but we've never beat them...

Don't really like our fixtures, although they kind of favour us.

All the good games thrown into the first month or two when the teams are still bedding in and there's nothing riding on them, and then the last three months of the season, when those types of games would be the most exciting, is a complete borefest.

That's a horrible start to the season, unless we beat Arsenal and Spurs at home, which we should, in which case it will be a great start to the season.

October's mean with a CL clash shoved between Liverpool and City. We'll inevitably come a cropper there.

But the run in is as sweet as it gets.

Wolves away on my birthday

If I cannot get a ticket for that match would someone be able to help me out? Really want to go to that one.

There's always going to be difficult stretches during a season, especially given the competition of the league now. Our league matchups for the Christmas period are: QPR, Fulham, Wigan, Blackburn, and Newcastle. These matchups are far easier than in years past.

Hopefully we can come firing out of the gate this season ala 06-07.

Never understood this tough and easy fixtures? Last year we had "tough" fixtures towards the end of the season while Arsenal had "easy" ones and we all know how that ended. If we play on the level we are used to then it's no difference who we play against. We should take match by match nevermind of the next one coming, thinking upfront can often make you taking your opponent with ease and there's where you lose points.

We need a great start to the season with so many important home games coming up in the first 5 games. If we win these, we would have a good advantage

Funny how we get a ridiculously easy run-in and the majority highlight how tough the start to the season will be. Come on guys get positive. Add in the fact we can't have our annual moan about the league screwing our chances in the knockout rounds of the CL we should all rejoice at our good fortune this season. Even the start could be a bonus - if we don't get our 'star signing' there will be no players to bed in unlike all our competitors. win win.

Sorry I was one of them, but I am hoping our away form improves alot and I mean a lot.
