I wouldn't aknowledge a Liverpool 13/14 title, so I'll remove the possibility for those players. I see it as unlikely that the older Spurs players, or those that left the PL will join a title winning side, but sure, they might.

The only players I can really see winning the PL from my team is Harry Kane, and maybe Paul Pogba. So let's replace those with Torres and Modric.
