Because Sandler wants to have a two month long holiday with his mates, and you can make it tax deductable if you film a movie in between nights out drinking your body weight in gin.…why
What about those of us that don’t enjoy things?People will moan about anything but I will watch it and found the first one funny because I enjoy things
Either don’t watch it, but complain that it exists. Or watch it and then complain about all the things that you don’t like about it.What about those of us that don’t enjoy things?
If he got Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2 made then this thing will in the books within the month.Did anyone read the story? According to Christopher McDonald, Sandler told him he's beginning to write the story for Happy Gilmore 2. Doesn't mean it's going to get made.
Things are overrated!People will moan about anything but I will watch it and found the first one funny because I enjoy things
Yes, if the movie is set in Hawaii. If he got Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2 made then this thing will in the books within the month.
Tell me there’s a cheeky little part in there for Spadey and I’ll shake your hand right now.Yes, if the movie is set in Hawaii.
Priceless that you would refuse to rent it outAlong with the wedding singer , probably two of my favourite comedy’s of all time. I worked in xtra vision video store back in the 90s and played happy Gilemore every night.
It wasn’t as big a hit and I was a bit of a dick when people asked me about renting it. We only had one copy and I’d say a customer said it was broken so I had to play it all the way through.
I hope it can find the fun of the first, I mean you could argue it’s Ben strillers best role ever “why don’t you have a nice warm glass of shut the hell up. Check out the name tag, you’re in my world now granny”…
I dont want a piece of you, i want the whole thing.
I saw two big fat naked bikers in the woods off 17 having sex…how am I supposed to CHIP with that going on, Doug?Priceless that you would refuse to rent it out
Play the ball where it lies..it's in the rule book.. I'm sure it's not in the rules I have to hit it off bigfoots foot
I like The Wedding Singer, Billy Madison, Waterboy, 50 First Dates and Bedtime Stories.
As for Ben Stiller I think he was great in Dodgeball and Tropic Thunder (although everyone was fecking amazing in that, with Tom Cruise stealing the show) but honestly Heavyweights might be my favourite. It's a kids film but it's hilarious. He's such a prick and his over the top style works well in that type of movie.
Shooter is such a great character.I saw two big fat naked bikers in the woods off 17 having sex…how am I supposed to CHIP with that going on, Doug?
I honestly rate this about him so highly.Because Sandler wants to have a two month long holiday with his mates, and you can make it tax deductable if you film a movie in between nights out drinking your body weight in gin.
Yeah I love it as well. I know I would do it if I was rolling in cash like he is and people kept green lighting my proposals.I honestly rate this about him so highly.
His films for years have just been an excuse to go on a luxurious holiday and get paid for it. Fair fecks.
On a related note, was Grown Ups 2 any good?If he got Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2 made then this thing will in the books within the month.
The second one is meh, ok ish to pass some time but it's nowhere near as good as the first one.On a related note, was Grown Ups 2 any good?
I don't like most of Sandler's movies, but Grown Ups is right up there with Happy Gilmore as the big exceptions. Maybe it's because I had such low expectations for it but I was wonderfully surprised; had me in absolute stiches at times. Never got around to watching the sequel though as I can't help but think it'll be over-the-top cheesy and shit, but then again that's what I expected from the first one before watching it.
The second one is basically a whole lot of different SNL clips stitched together scene after scene. It tries way too hard to force any sort of humor. Had its moments but the first one is much better. On a related note, was Grown Ups 2 any good?

I admit it was nowhere near as good as the first, but that set such a high bar to be fair. The second isn't as bad as everyone makes out imho as it still has some really funny moments, just not as many and too much silliness in-between.I don't mean to dampen expectations but people too easily forget about the experience of watching Anchorman 2
