215 at Longchamp - Dalakhani to win.

Horrible price so probably best doing in a double perhaps Uncle Mick in the 335 at Worcester.

Did your Longchamp one come through? I can't find it.

A fiver each on your next two to win.

Dalakhani won, yes, but at 8/15! He's now 2/1 for the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Had a blinding winner today on Border Edge at 16s - unfortunately small stakes though.

These two will probably fail dismally now. Had you transferred that cut over though, I'm quite sure they would have both romped home.

I nearly bet on Sattam by accident!

Bugger - oh well, Atavus has to do it now.

Boavista at 455 if you're feeling lucky ;)

-£5 overall today.

That means i'm now only £32 up since i've been using your tips. You need some good wins soon or you'll be sliding into Baz territory.

To be fair, that's a good point. That said though, you need to get back to winning ways if you want to join the elite band of tippers like myself.

I was the official caf tipper of the winner of the national last year, afterall. You'll make quite a bit off my tips once the jumping season starts...

There's some good returns on those bets, so if a couple come through I may be fine.

Surely you haven't become that shit overnight?

Well, it's all luck in the end. I think punters have runs and I have a feeling mine's at an end because I have done fairly well this past week - percentage wise I have increased my starting amount by 400%. Thing is with you, you've gone and bet a shedload really, whereas what you should be doing is betting cautiously. Never bet more than 10% of your bank on one bet they say. What I've laid out on those tips amounts to little more than a tenner. If I win on a couple I'll be up, if I win on all I'll be well up but if I lose on all I'll still have enough in the bank to place a similar number of bets the next day. That said sometimes it does pay to be bold - like Border Edge yesterday, I went small stakes but wish to feck that I had gone big on that one (very easy to say in hindsight of course). But as I said, it's all luck in the end.

Sure, it's all just horses racing. I started out with £20 and got about £70 at one point. To be honest i'm not all that arsed about the money otherwise I would have checked form and stuff. It's all just a bit of fun.

I've got a feeling i'll at least break even today.

Ahhh Baz the tipster.

Cheltenham a couple of years back, first race and I pick out a beauty at 10-1 called Moscow Flyer. "Go for that Baz", I say. I've forgotten what he said exactly but it was something along the lines of "This other horse is a dead cert", "trained by so and so, perfect runner for Cheltenham bla bla bla". So me being the gullible twat (yes, this isn't the first time) go and put a tenner on his horse.

Lost me £100 that day.

Next two nowhere and to make things worse I go and ignore what I preach and have a JSV style bet on the fav in the 315 and it loses! Cnut.

Or £50 profit if you look at it from today's start. However, considering your pessimistic outlook this morning I can't bloody complain. ;)

Well I'm glad you're up at least. I have this annoying habit of not being able to follow my tips only and end up down after making silly bets on other people's "tips".

If you get to 200 I'll take a cut ;)

Pressure's on!

Yep, seems like a pretty shitty day overall. I'm waiting for the Ladbrokes site to come back up so I can check on the damage. I knew I should have gone for the other one.

Yeah...course..

I used to get on well with this bird who I used to deal with workwise....good relationship it was, strictly business..

Till we shagged that is

Now I'm not saying that your business arrangement will definitely follow that path....

But...

;)

Never knew you pair were horses fans...

I don't follow the flat season at all really so I thought i'd put a few bob on a couple of Dans's tips for a laugh, and to my surprise they came through. I've made quite a bit of cash this week, although today wasn't too clever.

Anyway, i'm sure you're not interested in a non-poofy sport like racing. ;)
