I have deselected the two email options in my account and I still get emails non-stop. It is very painful, not unlike visits by the Jehova's Witnesses in my neighborhood.

Is there an unsubscribe link anywhere in the email? Gmail sometimes allows you to unsubscribe without having to click any link within the email itself.

I've looked at your account and your permissions that you set should be fine. What kind of content is in the emails, how often do you get them and when was the last time you received one?
It is possible that it could be a phishing email as well. If you hover over the link (but do not click it), does it definitely direct you to 'www.redcafe.net'?
