How the UCL might happen.

According to Sky Sports Italy, UEFA will do this to finish the UCL:

The second legs of the four remaining games from the Round of 16 will be played in days 7 and 8 of August. The first legs of the quarter-finals will be played in days 11 and 12 of August. The second legs of the quarter-finals will be played in days 14 and 15 of August. The first legs of the semi-finals will be played in days 18 and 19 of August while the second legs will be in days 21 and 22 of August. The final will be played in 29 August. All games will be played with closed doors.

If so, It's just early planning. Not certain yet. Always good to have plans.
Can easily change/postpone the plan to later months, if the situation is still worse (which it is still now, doubt August is enough time but let's just see).

Doubt UEFA will or even can force-insist clubs to play the games, else there'll be backlash.

Its fecking suicide playing the Europe games this season. Theres barely any planes flying in the main countries. Plus if they could be safe, get rid of the 2nd leg. Just end it quick.

There is no optimal scenery possible at this point

This would mean Europe "open" again by May (unlikely?), all leagues and o/s national cup games rushed through in June/July (some teams could have 10/11 games), teams still in Europe go straight into August and play every 3/4 days, then a day off to catch their breath before cracking straight on with next season from September? (can't be much later as Euro 2021 is June/July?).
