If there's one thing that Football Manager has taught me, our team is not going to have any problems with homesick players

We can put a team together, including subs, made up entirely of British, Portuguese and French players, and it'd be a damn good side too. Our other frequent starters aren't forgotten either - almost every single one has a fellow countryman in the first team squad.

I have no idea why I found this so interesting, but yeah, I wonder how intentional it was...

UK: Rashford, Sancho, McTominay, James, Lingard, Greenwood, Maguire, Shaw, AWB, Heaton, Grant, Jones, Mengi, Shoretire
Portugal: Bruno, Ronaldo, Dalot
France: Varane, Pogba, Martial
Spain: DDG, Mata
Brazil: Fred, Telles
Uruguay: Cavani, Pellistri
Ivory Coast: Bailly, Diallo
Sweden: Lindelof, Elanga

Commiserations to Matic and VDB.
