Typical India. Start on fire and then just let SA dump all over them. I'll never forget that Karachi test match where we had Pakistan 0-3 and 39-6 only to lose the test match by something like 300 runs.

Dropped. Form is the only reason I can think of since his performances in the SL tests weren’t great
We dropped him for Pandya?! Or is it Rohit?

I would feel so much better having Rahane in the team..

Excited for this tour, been so long we have played outside India other than Sri Lanka.. At the same time after the recent Dharmasala ODi, I'm just fearing the worst in terms of our batting..

The initiative has been lost. Not once, but twice. Our bowling attack is weak.

Or the time we had New Zealand 85-5 and they got 600. India are a pain to watch away from home. I cant imagine a more frustrating team in any sport, let alone cricket.
 When did that happen?

Excuse me? You can say that when your team starts specialising in losing a game that they should easily be winning in a session, multiple times.

That was genuinely awful. We even had a test match last time when we toured SA where we went from a certain win to depending upon bad light to force a draw.

@MJJ Jo'Burg 2014. We were 260-2 or thereabouts leading SA by 350. We ended up stumbling to 350-10 and they nearly chased the 400+ we set them.

Three years ago at Adelaide, 250-2 chasing 360, ended up being bowled out for 320.

Trent Bridge 2014. England 200-7. Ended up with 500.

These are just from memory. I can find many more lol.
