Congrats to Inzy on achieving his 35th run out in one day cricket...it's been a bad tournament for fat bastards (I know it wasn't his fault today).

We need India to win this - Ganguly, Tendulkar Dravid have to be firing today. At least they're not chasing a total like that under lights.

i think Pakistan will win...altho it'll be close if Sachin gets going.

As for the floodlights.. well England were lucky to bat first against Pakistan..and the reverse against India. Its a shame how much advantage it gives to the bowling side in the second innings.. i hope it doesn't feck up the rest of the WC.

One of the semis is being played under lights - it really turns it into a completely different game half way through.

Shame it kills the match because the atmosphere at these day-nighters seems superb.

Tendulkar could win this for india single handedly the way he's playing at the moment.

What's all this fuss over Pakistan's Shoaib Akhtar? He may be quick but good batsmen tear him apart with ease, and they don't come much better than Tendulkar. He's pakistan's worst bowler and certainly the won who costs them the most.

Tendulkar is some player...took a thigh injury and one hell of a "throat ball" from Shoaib @ 95 mph to shift him.

Sachin was class today, one of the best knocks i've seen for ages..albeit on a placid pitch.. Pakistani bowlers gave him too much room...and he made them pay.

England have to avoid a big defeat... i they do then i doubt pakistan'll be able to claw back the run rate... having said that the Zimbos will probably beat them they way Pakistans been playing recently. Perhaps a victory against OZ is a must...

anyway, iam looking forward to see how the lancy lad does..
