They aren't that bad. Most of our lads play in the premier league at a reasonably decent level. Agree with you on not having a star player though which we really miss, as our goal scoring record shows.

None of NI's forwards play at PL level, the highest level being championship. In fact if our whole squad only 5 play at PL, 3 of them defenders.

In comparison 13 of the Ireland squad play with PL teams. Yes the squad could be better but it's not the biggest factor. A good coaching team should be able to get more out of them

Yeah Hendrick is injured, as far as I know, definitely a big miss.

We're full of below average dross. That's the harsh reality.

I dont disagree but a better coach might get them playing ball a bit more - at least make it interesting
