To all the coaches and people involved with your local clubs I am looking for advice
I am a coach of my local under9s team - we have had them since they were nursery and we plan to take them all the way to at least under17.
I have recently joined the Juvenile comittee and have been put in charge of the nursery up to u11 operations.
Pressing task is player engagement and retention and what we can do during lockdown to keep players engaged and then post Covid.
Has anyone any suggestions?
Obvs is quite tricky to engage young players over Zoom but maybe someone has been involved in similar and can offer ideas
