Looks like Oliveirense were bought by Yokohama's owners and they've decided to send their mascot on tour.

Interestingly, he won't be their only Japanese striker (the other, as you'd expect, being a 6'6" bloke called Randy) or even their only player called Kazu (Brazilian fullback).

In his 50s and still playing football. I had to help out the techs with PC installs today and after an hour clambering under desks I had to take a break because my right knee was burning. I'm 35 FFS.

Interesting guy. I remember him best, apart from his lead role for Japan, from his stint eith Genoa, where he scored in the derby against Sampdoria. Some brita might remeber him because he was close to joining Boutnemouth at a point, but he actually played more games for Palmeiras than Genoa, and also played for Santos.
